#1 Before Your First Appointment.
Schedule your appointment. You can pick a day and time that works for you. Then you’ll receive an email to confirm the appointment.
I will add you into Simple Practice, the secure scheduling software I use for scheduling, billing, and storing paperwork. Simple Practice will email you the intake paperwork that you should complete online prior to our first session. This will save us time in session so we can focus on getting to know each other.

At the time of your appointment, join me at the link in your confirmation email.
#3 Our First Appointment.
I’ll ask you some questions to better understand what’s brought you to therapy. I’ll ask you about the layers and experiences that make up your life. This helps me better understand who you are and what you want to work on/through. There are no wrong answers!
By the end of the session, I’ll ask if you think we’re a good fit. If so, I will collect your credit card information which is safely stored in Simple Practice. Your card will be automatically charged in Simple Practice at the end of the day.
If you’re not so sure I’m the right fit to help you, that is totally okay. Our session will be free of charge. I truly believe that the best therapy happens when it’s a mutual good fit.
